Need some new Kettlebell workouts...

Any suggestions of KB workouts along the lines of Paul Katami, Angie Miller Bootcamp styles? Thinking of maybe Brooke Benton?? Also, considering MB45 workouts..

I'd like to be challenged, but also fun factor w/some decent music. Also, just went back to work part-time & do not have the luxury anymore of my 60+ min workouts...more like 30-45. Am I asking too much?

TIA for any help/suggestions!

I love Butts & Guts. I resisted shelling out the $, but I am in love with Anthony DiLuglio - I went with the Kettlebell Way Vol. 1 and 2. Bob Harper's are great - more dreadful than fun, but they are no joke. Collage has Paul's newest KB workout on their coming soon page - so maybe that's one to look forward to!

I think you mean dread-causing? Dreadful would mean that the workouts are bad!

Check out clips for Amy Bento's Kettlebell Dynamics. Also, she is filming another one soon.

Yes - a little dread factor with these because they are no walk in the park. But they are so darn effective and you feel like you really accomplished something in the end!

I have not broken down and gotten these workouts yet. Wondering, I heard that Providence was a bit harder than Kettlebell Way #1, even though thy are suppose to be basically the same workout, can anyone tell me why? Thanks in advance!

I actually like the Bob Harper kettlebell workouts and it is not as expensive as the other ones. I got mine's at Sam's Club for 8.88 and that was for each workout.

AOS, Art of Strength, both Providence and Newport. Both are pricey.

If you can get the Sarah Lurie Iron Core's in that 4 pack from Target, around 15.00 that is a steal because many of us paid that or more for each individual workout.

Lastly, you can make up your own workouts. I add on 200+ swings after each workout and now including 50 snatches. Also, this is a great site to follow for inspiring workouts, http://tracysfoodandthought.blogspot...00for-now.html

And Debbie S. always posts kb workouts with body weight workouts.

I think it depends on what you want your KB workout to be.

I love Brook because I like the non stop cardio and I like her, she's fun. I have all her workouts to date and they are a staple in my routine. (I use my 5-12 kbs for this)

I also use Lauren (she's a great Cardio-esque, but i equate it more with strength personally) and she's pricey, but I don't find it dready like Art of Strength or Kettlebell Way. I have All of her dvds minus the clinic to date (Vol 2 and Vol 3 were via trade and are enroute).

That's all I can speak of that I didn't give away or trade

their shipping is ridiculous though if you buy more than one dvd the shipping eats away a lot of the discount... it's $5.00 per dvd... so if you order 4 dvd's.... you pay TWENTY DOLLARS IN SHIPPING
