I think you might need the Green Genies for that. They are bigger and heavier.

I like the Valeo weighted balls....2 to 4 pounds and 5" in diameter regardless of the weight of the ball. I use them for the TLTs...you can get them on Amazon.

FWonline (Fitness Wholesale Online) sells Thera-band soft weights. FWonline also sells Body Sport soft weighted balls. Then FWonline under Pilates/Yoga sells these interesting balls with little straps to allow for easy gripping. Wonder what the ones with the straps are like.
