Deb, that's exactly the way I felt when I first discovered VF.

Lexy, remember, there is no such thing as a "stupid question."

It's hard for me to start my day if I can't log on to VF. I always drink my two cups of coffee while I'm reading the new posts. I've already read a couple of posts that made me laugh, , and a couple that have made me a bit sad. Oh, and I love these smilies..............................

Like Joanna, I have formed some close friendships with people I haven't even met face to face yet.

Before VF, I had a collection of maybe 3-5 videos, and now I have around 40; since I've purchased very few, the majority of these are thanks to the generosity of VFers!

Before VF, I had no inclination to ever try strength training. It was out of the question. Now I can't imagine not doing it, knowing all the benefits that it brings.

Hmm, was there life before VF?

If it were not for VF, there wouldn't be the upcoming workout, "In the Red Zone with Team Video Fitness."

Yea VF!!!

I learned so many things already mentioned and a few more. I know now that I am not the only person who exercises even when I don't need to lose weight...Now, I knew this before in theory (obviously, there are lots who do, not including athletes), but not anyone I know. I learned how to bust plateaus and that there are many different ways of strength training. And, of course, I learned that there are others out there who enjoy exercising to videos . I haven't met anyone through VF yet (I'm not sure that anyone else is from here???) and I don't think anyone shares my exact taste in videos, but everyone has valuable input when I do ask a question.

That's sweet! And it's true, we met here at VF, and we've become online workout buddies and, best of all, friends

VF has motivated me to finally stick with my fitness goals

I have never been able to exercise consistently. I've stopped and started so many times. But since I've found VF, I have been exercising consistently for over a year and a half. I've never been able to do that before.

Thanks VF!

Ditto to everything everyone else said, but add to my list: motivation. I read VF every morning, and even if I get up thinking, "Oh, yuck. I don't want to work out today," by the time I get finished reading, I'm hyped up and excited about exercising yet again.

Thanks, all of you!
