Honestly I don't think there is ANY difference between Walk On workouts, and walking workouts in the Walk Strong sets. (In both cases some are 30 minutes.) Walk Strong is her label for sets that include a variety of workout styles, and Walk On sets are all about the walking.
Not all Walk Strong cardio workouts are walking though. But the ones that are, to me they're just like Walk On workouts.
