Jessica Smith- General questions on workouts

Hello! New to Jessica Smith here. I have a few of her 15 minute walks and 10 minute walks I like them! Is the only difference between the Walk On and the Walk strong walking workouts ( no weights) the time frame of 30 minutes?

Honestly I don't think there is ANY difference between Walk On workouts, and walking workouts in the Walk Strong sets. (In both cases some are 30 minutes.) Walk Strong is her label for sets that include a variety of workout styles, and Walk On sets are all about the walking.

Not all Walk Strong cardio workouts are walking though. But the ones that are, to me they're just like Walk On workouts.

The Walk On sets usually have one walk with weights and one walk with stretching. Walk Strong has regular strength workouts, along with fusion, stretch and cardio. I think the cardio is different in the Walk Strong in that there is added equipment. For instance, some use a ball, and some a step. But many of the cardio moves are similar.
