I have BOD and have never let it lapse, even though I don't always use it. I was excited about Barre Blend but unfortunately I couldn't stand Elise. Glad others can, b/c it seemed like a good program; but she never shuts up and I don't like being forced into "affirmations." Yes, I tend to be crotchety. However, she & Joel Freeman have issued a hybrid calendar of LIIFT 4 and Barre Blend. It's on his FB page (and probably hers but I didn't look). This is my dream workout program. I have modified it to weights one day and barre the next. I use my barre DVDs, following the calendar's focus on a body part or cardio. I really like the lifting in LIIFT4, but not the rest of it. And I like barre, just not a total full-body workout every day. So this is my best rotation ever.
