I don't watch the show but read the article. I have to say I'm proud of her for forging ahead to keep her team from being eliminated. A broken ankle is tough to modify around.

I watched the episode last night. I cringed when I saw her jump into the mud pit! The other contestant ran into it. It was like jumping onto cement from a high point.
She did really well with just doing the cardio she could seated. I think she lost 6 lbs. which was one of the higher losses. I think "diet" is the key, if she can control that she still has a chance. I'm so happy they went from teams to individuals. Now they all have a better chance.
