I have this workout, but I don't really care for it. It reminded me of a super express version of Light Aerobic Mix with a little bit of Standing Legs added in. I think I would like it better if it was a longer workout.

Jane1721 ~ Thanks for your perspective. Parts workouts can be tricky when it comes to giving them a different feel. I'm sure Anna struggled making sure there was a variety factor.

Liz ~ I've tried the "jiggle free" and everything in between. I guess I'm one of those who love Anna's productions vs others that came after her. I also love the Fitprime/Kickbutt Series. Good suggestion tho, thanks.

Maybe ABB will be more at the bottom of my purchase list and I'll make sure of those WOs I really want to re-acquire back into my collection.

I absolutely LOVE this workout and often use it as an add on. When I do, I skip the warmup and the end. I love old-school FIRM and it just makes me feel good. I wouldn't even compare this to Standing Legs. Standing Legs makes my legs scream, this is more cardio for me.

I really disliked it as well.
If you want a lighter Standing Legs I'd do BSS1 Lower Body 1.

It's nice to know there no real comparison to SL. I wouldn't want them similar.
Now I'm really curious. Might be great for an add-on or short day workout.

I revived this thread because I ended up purchasing this workout some time last year. I am glad I did. I think you need to own both ABB and SL. If for nothing else, ABB was produced after Anna's passing, due to notes/files found about it's creation.

I am on a Classic kick right now and ABB fits in perfectly as one of the parts/compilations to choose from. Just finished Upper Body Parts this morning and it "schooled" me good. I love that SL, ABB and LBS are all different, yet from the same 6 Classics. ABB clocks in at 32 mins, so it's perfect for me.
