Hi Sara,
I did one round of PACE Express five years ago, and started a second round, but unfortunately had to stop because my body was showing signs of some overuse issues (possibly due to the high impact during the "all out" phases?). The results I had at the time were promising, and the program is designed well. For stamina and heart health, I think the theory behind Dr. Sears' approach is sound and worth a try. For weight loss, whether you include a formal exercise plan or not, your diet is key. I don't believe the PACE exercise program in and of itself necessarily helps in the weight loss department. Since then, though, I've reached and maintained a weight loss and body fat percentage with a much less demanding workout schedule and doable eating plan. At this phase in my life, I'll take it!

Doesn't look like you can get the dvds on Amazon anymore for less than $100.
