I have a DVD titled "deluxe fat burning walk" and it has two workouts on it: "fat burner walk" (which is titled "walk & firm - 2 mile cross trainer" when you start that workout) and the other workout is called "fat burning walk 4 miles" (and when you start it, the screen shows "the walking fatburner workout"). I used to have them on separate tapes. I called them "walk and firm" and "fat burner."

I have old DVDs of walk and firm for older adults and the 40+ workout.

Too Busy never made it to DVD as far as I know.

Fat Burner (not on the collage youtube site) is a 3 mile walk with four jogging segments like a longer version of walk and jog. Then there is floor work--abs, leg lifts, and donkey kick/hamstring exercise like Margaret Richard does a lot of--on knees and elbows. She counts that as a mile. I think she did that in the 90's.

It's a little embarrassing how much I know about Leslie's videos. I have been doing walk and firm and the fat burner videos for over 25 years! In the past few years I have finally worked up to Too Busy--which was really hard for me in my younger years and now is fine. And I have even cracked open the 40+ recently. I kept it in the back of a drawer for years--not wanting to face the passage of time, I guess. But now I don't care. It's a zippy little walk, I think I remember noting. Or maybe that's my age showing. Ha!
