Workout DVDS like KCMs Muscle Up!

hi all,

I just love Kelly Coffey Meyer's muscle up. It's a basic strength training dvd that is divided into two 30 minute workouts - one for arms and lower body and one for chest shoulders and back... I like that it uses heavy weights and not a lot of reps. I don't understand instructors that encourage heavy weights but then the exercise is like super fast and tons of reps - so I'm looking for any workout dvds like this one. Anyone? Would love any ideas. Thanks! Missy

I'm always looking for slower heavy simple weight DVDs. I like these:
Get Fit at 40+ with James Crossley
Xtrain Fit Toning with Karen Gentz
Cathe PHA Training

Also Burn Sets from Xtrain and also Cathe’s gym styles. Heavier and a tad slower than Cathe’s other weight work.
