Tracy Anderson Slim + Sculpt Cardio ~ June
Same website where I found out about her streaming content posted that this is her newest dvd. It's 3 routines, 20 minutes each. What makes it really exciting is there is a band included!! I can't wait to see how she uses this - I love the band work in Teen Meta and am happy she is including it in another dvd. Only a few more months to wait!

I've only done the arms segment on Express, I liked it but I didn't get that glorious DOMS the day after, I was however, using 1 lb weights when she used 3 and I used 3 when she used five.

Express definitely does not have as many reps, not as hard as her other workouts. I still like it though, good to use as add-on workouts or a quick 10 minute workout in the morning. I am doing a lot of other barre workouts, Jessica Smith, and Jari Love, so I will probably just add the 10 minute segments from TA's express DVD. Since I am doing all of those other workouts, I don't really have time for her longer workouts.
You can make the moves harder in express by adding slightly heavier weights or using ankle weights. She actually used ankle weights during the leg segment, but I did not have any handy so I just did the entire workout without the ankle weights.
