I had a lot to do today and managed to workout at 8 pm. I chose Crunch Pick Your Spot Pilates with Ellen Barrett. Great little workout with a feel good vibe, perfect to end a long day and stretch the spine!

i was so tired today, but i managed to do tae bo total advanced #1 for cardio and some light stretching. it's better than nothing!

Also tired, with some sort of digestive bug. Did 4 miles of Leslie's 5 Mile Walk--Miles 1, 2, 4 & 5 (Miles 1 & 5 with 2# wts).

Tae Bo Amped Fat Burn Accelerator, Leslie's two miles of Intervals, and Classical Stretch #629. I finally completed all of CS Season 6. Now I can start all over again!

Cool, I have a workout twin today.... Hi, alisoncooks!
I did Bar Method Change Your Body, and a walk with the dogs.
I just finished week 3 of CLX Burn, and have declared this week a recovery week -- no heavy weights, just cardio, yoga, core, and barre.
