Is this it?

Yes! It’s the best. My hip thrust is 275 lbs and that Jane Fonda circuit still kills me.

Wow, that's really something! Thanks for bringing this up Darisa.

Yes, what I was thinking. And increasingly I find myself in that category.

Yes, very interesting results! I'm lacking in floor work...looks like I need to add some in to my rotation!

Someone suggested on another thread Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout on youtube. I did it yesterday, didn't like the upper body which moved too quickly for me to maintain proper form BUT really liked the lower body which was all floor work. Tough but I did it with ankle weights so liked the challenge. I plan to substitute it for other lower body workouts just to mix things up.

I tried the Jane Fonda workout and by the time I got to the fire hydrants I got fried on rep 5! Those 30 reps really sneak up on you! This will be great to alternate with Winsor Bun and Thigh, thanks for posting!

Wow, I never thought I'd see Bret advise anything other than glute raises and hip thrusts!

There's also the Original Buns of Steel with Greg Smithy. It's still killer.

Getting Better -- all floorwork
Good 'n' Strong -- mostly floorwork (there are two full body routines and I just select the lower body chapters... I think there's only one segment of perhaps ten segments that's standing)
Beauty to the Bone - 50/50 (there are two full body routines and I just select the lower body chapters... the first routine is all on the floor for lower body vs. the second routine is all standing for lower body)
Triple Threat -- mostly floorwork, longer segments, again only one segment of ten that's standing
