Kukuwa Fitness Streaming
A new favorite subscription!
Kukuwa Fitness https://kukuwafitness.vhx.tv/browse (seems to work with the vhx app as a bonus) I am in the middle of a free trial but intend to keep the subscription at ~$20 a month because it is absolutely fantastic. I'll alternate Kukuwa with WalkingOnlineWorkouts using the vhx pausing option. There are 44 KDW cardio videos and 28 GRGT Toning videos. Most are recorded outdoors with nice loud music and minimal cuing. Also they use little space so bungee friendly. The moves are easy to follow and fun. Parties in a box. Thanks Horsemom2 for posting about Kukuwa. I have a couple of her DVDs, probably thrift store purchases from years ago, and were still virgins to me. After reading how sold you are on her, I had to do one as an add-on today.
Definitely I don’t have moves or the steps just right, but it didn’t matter. It was a blast and so relaxed afterwards I didn’t feel the need to stretch. I have the Dance Workout and the Ultimate African Dance DVDs. Are DVDs Volumes One and Two (didn’t see Volume Three listed snywhere) 2 of the dances on the Dance Workout DVD? The only other one I found was the Youth DVD, but guessing that be would fun at any age.

Her first set or series had 3 volumes on separate dvds, each a different length.
There were legal complications when her business manage practically gave away the 3 volumes without her consent on a single dvd at a much cheaper price. These are not on her new subscription site. The second series had the Adult dvd with 2 workouts and the kids dvd with 3 workouts. All of the these are on her streaming subscription. However, I am enjoying the streamed routines more than any of the dvds! The dvds felt too *rushed* for me and the variety is wonderful. The audio has less cuing and more music which I also love. Thanks for posting this site on the streaming thread. I joined and I am really going to enjoy these workouts. I had been looking for African dance workouts on YouTube last week, so the timing of this was perfect.
Love the music and the overall good vibes. I also signed up for the BollyX lifetime membership for $49, so I have two new dance sites that I am going to love. Thanks for both of these recommendations, Barb. Eva |

I am usually too lazy to stream to the HDTV for working out but did this morning because the HDmi cable was already connected to watch Netflix streaming. Our Vizio has older internet apps but is not a smart tv and does not enable closed captions and sometimes I need cc.
DH prefers using the Netflix tv app without closed captions. Anywho, I loved seeing Kukuwa on a big screen! Guess I am leaving the cable connected permanently LOL Barb S
