Advanced "non-power" yoga?

Since I have upped my cardio & strength I find my power yoga dvds to be a little too vigorous. Any recommendations for an advanced yoga practice that is not too strenuous? I still want a good stretch and intermediate poses. I'm not at all picky as long as the workout is good. I like the meditative woo woo stuff as well as the non spiritual.
Thanks!

I really really like Shiva Rea Fluid Power.... but this is vinyasa yoga....

have you tried Eric Shiffman Mind & Body? I love this practice.

Altar of the heart is also a great non-power yoga.

What about Ravianas?? kundalini yoga? those are great as well.

have you tried Yoga Today? They are free and a lot of them are intermediate level. The best part is they have ever different theme you could want.

Wai Lana's advanced yoga is good and not flow or power yoga either and I second Yogatoday.com bigtime!

Altar of the Heart. Also, Sherrie Baptiste has a very good non-power yoga practice that holds the poses a good long time. I also like the one with Ali MacGraw.

Total Yoga Original is a very comprehensive, intermediate practice -- without being "power" yoga.

Tony Sanchez' Yoga Challenge. He was one of Bikram's top students, and his routine is very similar to Bikram's. I really, really like it, but if you like razzmatazz, this DVD doesn't offer that. No music, and the overall tone is quite serious. I think the sequence is terrific, and it is definitely a practice you can grow with.

I also second the recommondations for Altar of the Heart, Total Yoga Original, and Sherri Baptiste's yoga practice, and *of course*, kundalini yoga!

Another vote for Tilak Pyle's Altar of the Heart.

Erich Schiffmann is another great choice. Yoga Mind & Body has a number of sun salutations, but his other DVDs (actually, DVD-Rs) have less - and they're chaptered so that you can skip them. I'd recommend Backbends or Inversions.

There are always the Heidi Sormaz downloads from aliveyoga.com. Some of her stuff kicks my backside, for sure. Her yoga is Ana Forrest-style -intense, long holds, but not a lot of sun salutes.
