Seems like in most of the pictures the people start out skinny - it's hard to notice major changes?

I agree - I always think I want to start doing TA but soon as I start looking around that fb page I talk myself out of it because I don't see much difference in the afters.

Yep, I feel the same way. And I'm not thin just average if you get what I mean so then I think... Nah, stick to my Jillian's and Jackie's and the ilk! Lol

Tracy Anderson seems to attract women who are at or near their ideal weight and generally in good shape to begin with and just want to kick it up a notch or change their workouts. That includes her celebrity clients.

I think the "major changes" some of you seem to be looking for are more related to fat loss and diet.

I guess what turns me off from TA is I want my upper body to look like any of these instructors- KCM, Cathe, Jai, Shelley Knight from P57, Marnie Alton from Bar Method. Oh and the girl from Cardio Barre Advanced that does the extra arm segment.

I just don't get the same feeling when I look at Tracy Anderson that I do when I look at the women I listed. Its the "omg I want THAT" reaction.
