great article - i am a vidiot as well!
my family and friends don't understand my obsession over fitness videos. they think it's pretty lonely to work-out all alone in my room and they adviced me to just go to the gym - so at least i can mingle with people. actually, i don't feel lonely at all! it's fun and i never get bored
 i still go to the gym though for treadmill/elliptical trainer workouts. there are fun classes too. hats off to you though Raq, 300 videos is a lot! i think mine is less than a hundred.
