quck question for Cathe fans

Has she come out with anything over the last few years that is similar to her "Slow and Heavy?" I'm trying to build muscle. Also, due to knee issues I avoid her cardio workouts...way too intense for me...but love her Pure Strength and Gym Style workouts. Thanks!

I'm thinking no. I love Slow and Heavy and Pure Strength as well. May try a Gym Styles rotation next month

Xtrain is a great series, with excellent weight workouts.

Yes I agree with what others have said. Xtrain Burn Sets has 2 heavy splits for 'upper body only'. But it's not super slow paced like Slow & Heavy.

Ah, makes me want to pull out Xtrain. I preordered it, and still haven't used it. So many workouts, so little time :P

Hmm wonder what the answer will be?

I really love them all but my two favorites are:

Cardio Leg Blast alternates cardio with heavy weights (quite often with the step) for the legs.

All Out Low Impact Hiit is a great cardio for days when you want to go easier on your joints.
