Cathe's January 2014 Rotation

Is anyone doing Cathe's January 2014 rotation? I think it looks really good. I'm doing a month of hot yoga and may throw in a total body weight and cardio workout once a week or so. Once my month of hot yoga is complete, I thought about giving this a go to shock the ol' body. If anyone does it, I'd love to hear your thoughts and results:

I have been doing Cathe's rotations pretty faithfully these last 3 months or so and I am stronger, leaner, and have more energy.
I am doing the newest rotation as well and am loving it!

I was thinking about it but am doing KBs right now. On the rest days I may add in a couple of the metabolic workouts she suggest. I really like afterburn.

I did print it off to do at a later date.

I looked at it for inspiration, but after seeing that AfterBurn was the first workout listed, I thought "ummm, maybe this is too much for me". I just got AfterBurn and am anxious to try it, but I haven't worked out for 2 weeks, except for a few pushups here and there, so I don't think that'd be a good workout to start out with.

I haven't done one of Cathe's rotations in a long time but this one really appealed to me probably because I love her Gym Style workouts. Yesterday I did Afterburn with Weights and Plates Core. I thought it was very mean of Cathe to add Weights and Plates after Afterburn . I'm feeling it today.
