Helen S - I think Insanity is a great Cardio workout that isn't dancey. It is straight forward and easy to follow. I tend to like Cardio/weights as my Cardio. I am glad to see that someone else does TA Meta, but doesn't follow it exactly as Tracy says to. Congratulations on the inches you lost from Meta. This program really does work your core from all angles. That's what in like about it.
