I'm still a big fan of the George Foreman workouts that someone mentioned above.

I reorganized the Walk with George videos on Daily Motion to make them more accessible from my blog:

Barb - I remember at one time you told us you were doing 20-30 minutes of workout, then taking a 20 minute break, then doing another 20-30 minutes of workout. Are you still following that protocol?

nope. I stop now as soon as I feel like my mind and/or body had enough.
Otherwise, I may develop an attitude of dread towards working out.

I do 20-30 minutes in the morning then another 10-15 in the afternoon which mostly may be just a half mile walk outside weather permitting.

This is a walking workout set to music from the 80’s -so that was a big plus for me. Since it’s led by a woman close to my age, it’s even better! Not that I am an age snob, but sometimes it’s nice to have an instructor that looks like an average woman.

Thank you for mentioning this workout. I sent the link to my friend who at 58 had a mini stroke while she was recovering from COVID. She’s ok but is feeling down about having had a stroke and being stuck in the house. I told her even just watching this workout (if she’s not up to trying it) with great 80’s music could boost her spirits.

Thank you for the update! I like breaking up my workouts similarly.

Barb thanks for doing this. I didn't know these workouts were available online. I have all the dvds except the Express one so happy to see that available.

Just wanted to mention that there is a Daily Motion app that enables casting to Chromecast from a mobile device.
