Right now I'm allowing myself to choose yoga. The bonus is that my body seems to be responding well to this!
I'm sort of doing that, as I intentionally decided to "hibernate" for Jan & Feb; resting & rejuvenating; staying close to home. So yoga fits in perfectly. That comes first, anything else - only if I have time.

Anita, hibernating occasionally is a good thing in my book.

Today I did a yoga-ish stretch routine that used a stick and then held a restorative yoga pose for a bit while I listened to a guided meditation.

~Jessica Smith Yoga & Pilates from her WS3
~Day 7 of Adriene’s 30 Day Challenge
~Insight Timer: Peaceful Place

To count or not to count, the debate continues..... I like to count because I’ve set a goal, although I’m not hard on myself if I miss a day. And with this past year being one of ongoing uncertainly, it’s something I can control. And right now, so much is out of my control. I rarely plan my workouts in advance, gave myself permission a long time ago to go with the flow.

Looking back over my log...Cyric makes a lot of appearances in my gratitude list!

I plan out my workouts or they wouldn't happen bc I can't make decisions very well. But if I feel like doing smthg else I usually let myself. And days I shoveled snow, if that's all I did besides dog walks, I'm not beating myself up about it.

I think I started the week on Day 45? Yesterday was a short practice from a 7-Day Challenge on Do You Yoga (which I'm doing 1x/week with my sisters). Tonight I might livestream a class from the studio where I teach - the livestream option was just added a few weeks and I haven't tried it out myself yet.
