Lynn, wow, you would never know, from the original barre3 DVDs, that Sadie got anywhere near Jill.
I enjoyed the Dailey video so much yesterday that I'm going to substitute barre for the Muscle Burns Fat workouts that I don't like, which are the abs circuits and "power ignite," which I did today but no mas. It's done as fast as you can - not my style. I had to chuckle that the first move is obviously a kettlebell swing done with 2 dumbbells going to the sides and up to eye level. All the cues - don't bend your knees too much, keep core straight and back tight, thrust hips - are kettlebell cues. I have read that the owner of beachbody forbids kettlebells. I do really like the 3 weightlifting workouts and the stretch/recovery. This should be good. I have noticed that I can't do barre every day all the time without getting complaints from various body parts.
