Last night I did the Weider X Factor stretch on youtube. It was discussed recently in the GD. The video kept stopping for ads. The first 4 or so were just a few seconds, but then some guy ruined the relaxing vibe by stridently hawking some product and I turned it off. But, with that, I finished my 21 days of 21 day fix real time.
Check-in: new program: Muscle Burns Fat (MBF) on BBOD. Pleasant young instructor, Megan Davies. I did her previous program, Clean Week, a few years ago. This is definitely strength, not endurance. She moves at a reasonably slow pace, and does cordless jumprope between sets. There is a modifier who doesn't jump. I did Leslie-style hamstring curls instead of jumping or marching. I actually had a cordless jumprope in my toybox; I think I got it in the deluxe JNL Fusion set when it was on closeout sale years ago.Today was Lower Body Burn.
