I do have to somewhat disagree about the OoO workout. He WAS wonderful to the gentleman working with him. However, the whole point of the disk was to "pay it forward." I would NEVER give that disk to anyone because it says right on the disc "cover" and Tony says in the workout, to give it to someone you know who is out of shape, heavy, doesn't exercise, etc. I can just imagine someone's reaction getting that. I know how I would react if someone gave it to me!! Carrie |

Richard Simmons. Seriously.
I've never watched the Biggest Loser, but I'd love to see how Richard's upbeat motivational style worked in comparison to the "tough love" styles you see on that show.
