Jumpless Jump Rope JNL Fusion

Is it worth getting or just jump in place?

I don't mind using a regular jump rope but sometimes space is limited.

I have a jumpless jump rope that I got in a set when I bought my pull up bar. I don't think you really need it. There's no added weight on it. If I didn't have it, I'd probably just jump in place.

Don't get the advanced JNL set because it's like $70 more and everyone that ordered the basic got the advanced dvds. So you would be paying $70 for a cordless jumprope.

Just use your hands or get a cordless one off amazon for $15.

Don't overthink this set.

I wish I was as fortunate, I purchased the advanced set right after the preorder pricing and paid full price .

I agree you can do the workouts without the cordless jump rump. Most of the time I use my rebounder during the jumb rope section. I you want the cordless fell you can probably just use some 1 lb dumbbells.

Yeah I'm usually on the losing end of something like this.

Me too, and I got a jumpROPE, not the handles like I was wanting. Poop.
LOVE these workouts though!

The coreless one that Cassy bought at Amazon is cheap, good and will add more intensity. Another option is doing high knees.

Probably not worth forking over the $ for JNL's, but I picked up a cheap jump rope under $10 at the sporting goods store and it makes it more fun when you have a rope vs. faking it.

Just FYI - the price difference between the basic and advanced set was $45. I was charged for both by accident! I like having the cordles jump rope myself, versus just jumping in place. I don't have 1 lb weights or might agree that would work too!
