Tracie Long Workouts

I was wondering if anyone has categorized Tracie's workouts using the same categories that are in the Firm 90-day rotation?

You know, I haven't seen one but I'm thinking it may be because Tracie's workouts are more their own thing.

What I have done (and seen others do) in rotations using Tracie workouts is to classify them as either "cardio," "weights," or "intervals."

Here's a sample:

Cardio - kickback
Weights - Stronger Longer 2
Cardio - Weight less
Weights - Defining Shape
Interval - Staying Power
Cardio - Reboot 2

(Inserting rest days as needed)

But your question is an interesting one!

I can see others chiming in with different thoughts.

I can post a few more in this thread if you're interested because I can't find the links for the original threads.

I'll add some tags and see if that helps you find some more posts on this.

Tracie categorized them a while ago, but I don't think she has categories for any of her newer workouts (Stronger Longers and later). I'll see if I can find the thread and post it here.

Thank you for your responses!

I just wanted to let you know I did some digging and found a document in the Friends Who Like Tracie Long Fitness FB group. I keep forgetting about that group.

It's very helpful..thanks for digging it up and posting here.

Are you doing a firm-type rotation using them?
