Pat-sending good thoughts for your surgery!!
My left knee is a little cranky from yesterday's long cardio, so I did a shorter workout this morning:
KCM: TLC workout one-I haven't done this in years...I think I'm kind of over Kelly also (after breaking up with Chalene Johnson a few weeks ago!). It was okay, but I miss the fun energy and music of Body Combat
Lee Holden 20 minute practice Moving meditation energy...something.....forget the dvd title!
I shouldn't have done something where you practically stand still for twenty minutes right after cardio. Oh, well.
I am trying to fit in qi gong/tai chi. I may or may not do yoga later.
I'll try to check back later.
