I am previewing an old Leslie dvd and it looks like it is from the late 80s! lol Neon pink orange and green leotards with the belt! Mary Kay is right next to Leslie. I am not into Leslie that much and tried to be previously but after not having success walking in my neighborhood I have decided to give them another go round. Anytime I hear Mary Kay I think of the make up woman since I use her products.

Yes the four mile one with the optional hi/low at the end which is pretty awesome from what I can see! Leslie was smaller too but so was I during that time! I like the optional high low. I wish she would do more of them or either more jogging or rather longer jogging vids. I liked Leslie's pointer to always make sure the heel touches the ground when jogging. I liked that and I love that I can walk/run in my home! That is just the best part imo.

Adding music

I added the African music to the Leslie walk.

It may not please everyone but it definitely has kept me muving after being very burnt out on alot of videos without motivating music.

Here's my playlists, most of which have music added:

I like African Drum music but I guess for me, it sure does not go with a Leslie. Not her personality. She does not have that rhythm.

Cheryl,

Maybe the walk with Holiday music will appeal to you.

The beauty of home workouts is the variety.
Different strokes for different folks.
I, myself, prefer loud music and less chatter and use the visual as a guide, moving to the beat of my own inner drummer.

The youtube stuff is free.
I am just sharing, spending my own time and resources to share.

It may not be her personality, but it made the workout more fun for me. I did do some different steps than her, to fit the music, but I almost never do exactly what she's doing anyway.
