Other than these two things I'm able to stay really consistent with my workouts.
Me too. I usually manage to get something in every day. Occasionally when on vacation I miss a day or two of workouts also, but usually there is at least some walking involved on those days.

Even on my wedding day I went for a run in the morning and then did a weight DVD before starting to get ready.

Too many evening appointments in the same week.
Sickness
Traveling
Vacation

I've been having a crazy stretch of too many appointments + a cold since last Monday. Hopefully all will get back to normal by the end of this week. I've managed some WO but I'm a little off my regular routine.

Days off work. I can't even get around to workouts on the weekend, usually! BUT I have a really really strong weekday morning habit, so I always go back to working out immediately when the weekend/holiday/vacation is over.

Vacations and house guests.

We walk a lot on vacations, but I'm still relatively out of shape when we get back. At 55 years old, it doesn't take much of a lay off to be really sore during the first week back to lifting, etc.

And we have house guests a few times a year, so we take off work to be able to entertain them. My routine is my routine. If I go to work, I work out before I go in. If I take the day off, I don't.

I am rarely injured or sick. Maybe one cold a year?

Okay. This is going to sound very generalized, but MENOPAUSE! Seriously! I used to be a workout junkie. Since my hormones took a turn south, I ache and just feel generally exhausted a lot of the time. I am working on it, though. I feel like I am in hormone hell right now (and my thyroid has tanked too). It will get better, but it is taking a lot longer than I anticipated. I went off the rails and haven't ever really gotten back on the fitness train.

Actually that's what contributes a lot to the busyness in my life.

Most of this post is me too from vacations to house guests. I'm so grateful if our visitors like to walk because it is at least something we're doing.
