MetaShred Extreme Disc Lower Body. Loving this set, especially for lower body. My wonky knee has made great improvements in a safe way. Had to rush out for an appointment, so the core workout and the stretch didn’t happen.

Rough day as I was a bit drowsy from a dose of Benadryl to help me sleep with a raging poison oak rash on half of my right forearm! Just managed to fit in Kathy Smith's Project You: Power Push to get in 30 mins of cardio before they day got too busy... but got many steps in walking to/from the pharmacy to buy meds and supplies for said nasty ailment!
