Cathe Live #247 Time to HiiT It Low Impact/The Work Week 6 Range & Repair focus on lower body (hip cars without the loop)
I really enjoyed this Cathe workout. The energy was high and though it had 27 hiit's, it went by fast. There were no repeats and there were no endless reps. I also love Range & Repair. I'm finding I have to incorporate more and more mobility (not static stretching) into my routines. |

KCM's New You Coming (NYC) but skipped the last abs segment (did the first round) because of kiddie duties but still got a solid, sweaty 50 mins workout in! This is a great AWT/PHA workout on days when I don't feel like lifting heavy weights (I use light to medium weights for this and always a step down from my usual strength routines) and want to get some cardio and abs in!
