New Jane Fonda Firm & Burn
 

Well, I went to Target today to pick up my copy of the new Leslie 5 miles
dvd:D and lo & behold, I picked up a new Jane Fonda too--Firm & Burn!

I looked on Amazon just now and it has it listed but says it hasn't been
released yet ! Doesn't even give a date, but you can preorder.

It's broken down so you can customize, warmup, three different 10 min.
low impact workouts, do-wop, latin, and old school funk, and a cooldown.
Warmup & cooldown each 5 min. and a bonus meditation 18 min. or so.
Jane leads the workouts also, not other people. Just briefly looked it over
but think I'm gonna like it. Glad I went to Target !

That looks good! I think my mom will also like it. :)

BTW, I checked Amazon and Jane has another new workout called

Jane Fonda Prime Time: Trim, Tone & Flex

From the cover, it says: 2 workouts, upper body and lower body plus 10 minute relaxation.

Oh dear - I wonder if I should take a chance on this or not. I was disappointed in her first 2 new ones, but I like her old workouts....what's a girl to do??????????????????? My Target has it in stock, too!!
