Workout Logs

Click to download the following workout logs, created by Video Fitness readers especially for video exercise enthusiasts. Use them as is, or use them as inspiration for your own custom logs.

You will be prompted to save the file to your computer.

  • Helen T's Access Database (added Jan 2008)
Access 2002 format (no previous experience required). Graphs; reports; list workouts owned and done including calories burned and time spent; bodily stats; save/create rotations (including category template for variety hounds -- it auto-fills!), and create-a-workout using individual exercises. Help pages appear throughout as it's comprehensive. "Extract" files from the zip or it will be read-only.
