I bought several videos from them, and they finally came! I opened up all of them, and one was broken! I immediately called the company and got the customer service rep to send a UPS return sticker. After many weeks of hassling, etc. I find out that they require the customer to return merchandise, even if it was damaged. Good prices, but I will never ever purchase videos from them again. I still have not yet received my replacement video.

I ordered 4 videos from them at great prices, but I would not recommend them to anyone else. I got two of the videos just fine, but had problems with the other two. One was placed on backorder, even though it was said to be in stock at their site, and I never got it. For the other I was sent the wrong video and they would not fix their mistake the way I thought they should. They told me I would have to pay to send the tape back and might also have to pay an extra $5 s/h to have the right tape sent to me. They said they could put in a request to have it waived, but no promises. I decided to keep the wrong tape rather than pay an extra $8 to get the right one. My impression as to why they had so many problems, is that their inventory is all over the country. All three tapes I got came from a different state. It may be that they are an on-line distributor for several other businesses which have videos. I think that is why they could not tell me if I would be charged extra s/h.

I have placed several orders with buyvideos and had no problems until recently. I've always been curious about Buns of Steel 10 (Circuit step with Leisa Hart) so I ordered it along with some other tapes. When I got the order, it had Buns of Steel 4 which I already have. They said they would refund me for my postage to send it back (but I haven't seen that yet) and there were very special, very specific instructions to return the wrong video and to get the right video. After I returned the wrong tape, I had to call them to remind them to send the right one. I finally received the new one today and it's Buns of Steel 2 (one of the worst videos I've ever owned - it was so bad I gave it away a long time ago). Now I'm going to have to try to get them to reimburse me again and to once again try to get the right tape. I doubt I'll ever order from them again even if they do have low prices.

I will add this to the many unfavorable comments about Buy.Com (Buyvideo.com) that have been posted here and in the forum threads. I ordered 2 tapes when they had a $10 coupon and free shipping for 1st time customers. My order for 2 tapes only cost me $1.98. I thought it was too good to be true, and it was. After 1 1/2 weeks, I finally got a note from they that the tapes are not in stock, and they would attempt to get them from their suppliers. (however, they were marked "in stock" when I ordered them, and they still are marked "in stock" on their web site.) This seems to be the same story that other VFers have gotten from Buy.Com. Beware. On the other hand, 800.com has been wonderful -- prompt and courteous.

I do not recommend this website at all. Their prices are terrific, if you can find what you want, but their service is terrible. I ordered Gilad's New Best Bodies in Motion. Instead, they sent out Gilad's Fat Burning Workout. I called and complained so the promptly sent out a replacement-- again the Fat Burning Workout. After sending the two videos back (they sent labels for UPS but they even made a mistake doing that). The third replacement tape was the Fat Burning Workout. E-mails to the company are useless. I finally spoke to someone at their at their toll-free number (888-880-1030) who seemed to have some training in customer service. The matter seems resolved, but I have very little confidence in the company's ability to fill simple orders and do not plan to be bother again. Stick with more reliable companies.
