If you enjoy dancier, funkier workouts, you can't go wrong with Donna-Mite or Paula Abdul's Get Up and Dance. It may take you several rewinds to get all the moves, but these workouts are worth the effort.

If you prefer more basic choreography, try:

Kathy Smith's Fat Burning Workout. This classic video is still an excellent choice for intermediates, with a nearly forty minute long cardio segment and excellent instruction.

Karen Voight's Your Personal Best (with Elle MacPherson). This circuit workout is set on a beach in Hawaii and boasts one of the best pop music soundtracks you'll find in a fitness video. Sports-inspired cardio segments alternate with strength training.
