I have had this video for about 6 or 7 years. I brought it at Wal-mart for under 10.00. I remember having some fustrations learning the routine, but it didn't take long, about 4 days, all the way through. I think this video has a complete warmup, the moves are fun, and I always work up a great sweat in 30 min.

This is the first tape I learned where it was good to breath hard and sweat profusly.

Instructor Comments:
Liza is the best. She encourages throughout and cues beautifully, and reminds about the abs constantly. Always a pleasure to workout with her.

The first few times I did this tape I thought I was in pretty good shape. I found it very challenging and broke a good sweat. This was before I started doing various Firm workouts. After that I went back and tried the 29 minute workout again and I was amazed at how EASY it was! I didn't sweat at all! So I suppose this is a good tape for those who are very out of shape and need a gentle start, but there's nothing like aerobic weight training!

Instructor Comments:
I had no problem with Liza. She's not a barbie type at all and I didn't get too confused about the movements.
