This tape has a very interesting concept, namely, that it follows people biking on a trail and simulates this for the viewer who is presumably on their own bike. You really do feel like you are biking on this trail. There were a few small details though. First, a pop-up on the screen appears periodically for a heart rate check. It counts down some numbers, but offers no instruction on what to do with them. Perhaps a rate of perceived exertion check would be better. Also, the camera occasionally veers off to look at trees, birds, other bikers etc. This can be a bit distracting, as once you get into the point of view of biking on the road, ot feels jarring to suddenly crash into a tree.

Instructor Comments:
This video does not have an instructor per se, but has several people riding bicycles.
