Very 80s workout. Right down to the outfits.
The aerobic moves were repetitive, and Tracy didn't use weights as an alternative to the bands.
During the squats & hip abductors, I put heavy weights on my shoulders.
The music was rather annoying, nothing like the good old 20 Minute Workout I grew up with!
Instructor Comments:
Joel & Tracey were the best instructors, IMHO. Pepper & Nancy were too hip-hoppy, they could've hosted Yo! MTV Raps if they wanted to. *lol*

This is a circuit workout, where you do a few minutes of aerobics and then a few minutes of toning with dumbbells or bands (your choice).
It's short, about 30 minutes. The music is good and the personalities of all the instructors are good. This is more of a beginner/intermediate workout. I think it would be fun for exercisers at those levels, but for advanced people, it's boring.
