This is a cardio workout that more specifically targets the abs. Moves include roll in, flava jam, and oblique hip flexor flava; light weights are also used for twists, hands up, and get busy. With 6.5 minutes remaining in the routine, Shaun T moves to the mat for several moves in a c-curve position (c-jam, c-flava, bow & arrow), and then he concludes the workout with a 2-minute stretch on the floor. The total time is 24.5 minutes.
Shaun's mirrored cuing is excellent, and he frequently offers helpful form pointers, although they sometimes come in the midst of his raps/rhymes.
Ab Sculpt is great for helping to tone up your Abs. I've been doing it for 3 weeks now and have lost several inches in my waist and hips. This video works out your legs and arms as well to help you to strengthen your core as well as help to advance your fitness throughout the body.
The music is fun and the workouts move so you really don't feel like you are exercising!
Shaun T is great at giving you motivation as well as instruction before he just throws you into the workout. He starts out with basic moves and then puts them together in a way that teaches you to do complex moves you didn't think you could do.
