3D Abs is an intermediate/advanced workout that breaks your abdominal area into 3 sections based on the type of movement you are doing.
It gives you options for working out at home or in the gym and provides plenty of options that will allow you to work your abs everyday.
The workout is challenging and fun, quite different from the standard crunch or situp. Resistance bands, dumbbells and medicine balls are incorporated into the workout for great variety.
This is definitely a great video for those who are stuck, tired of the same old crunch routine, or ready to take it to the next level.
Michael is energetic, easy to listen to and inspiring. He encourages you to go at your own pace and does a great job describing proper technique and how the workout should feel.
