I just completed the 52 minute workout. I love it. It has basic kickboxing moves plus Capoeria techniques. After the cardio section, which focuses on the lower and upper body with kicks, squats, lunges, and upper body drills, you do floor work that focuses on the abs and glutes. It ends with a stretch. I haven't see anything quite like it before. It sort of reminds me a bit of Karate Fit, Contenders Club, Tae Fit, and Taebo: Ultimate Buns. The choreography isn't complicated. It's not high impact. I give it a thumbs up!!
