Here, Katalin gives superb instruction on how to execute a large variety of punches and kicks and stances. Her form is so impressive, that I was really motivated to try to match it. I've done a lot of kickboxing tapes, as I am drawn to this form of working out, and i've been disappointed in most of them. Katalin's tapes don't disappoint me in the slightest.

Her tape is GREAT for those of us who started our kickboxing aerobic workouts by using Tae Bo or even Kathy Smith. She demonstrates meticulous form and breaks down all kicks into 4 parts.

Instructor Comments:
Katalin has a VERY good teaching personality. She is very clear, precise, and friendly without being over-perky. She is businesslike without being an automoton. She is filling the hole that Aaron Lankford left with his power kicks (He didn't really market himself...)

Katalin uses "combat" scenarios, and her tapes are much more about proper form and motivation for the moves, than they are "dancy".
