I don't usually do Beachbody workouts, but I got this set at a used book sale CHEAP, so I decided to try it. I've found that the time breakdowns for all of the Piyo workouts online are incorrect. Here is the info for Drench:

Beast & Kick-Throughs, 2m

Stretch & Strength, 5m

I may be in the minority here, but I really did NOT like the longer workouts in the Piyo series, including this one. The Legs segment was okay--it was similar to the work in Define Lower Body, which I did like--but that was about it. I really dislike the Beast and Kick-Through moves, which feel terrible on my shoulders. And I absolutely hate how Chalene includes push-ups in the cool-down!

Instructor Comments:

Chalene is not my favorite instructor. I find her tolerable in these workouts, although I don't like her tendency to say "thank you!" when she asks you to do something, like go lower. There is a modifier in all the Piyo routines, Michelle. She generally does a good job, although she looks more like she is holding back versus modifying.
