I picked up this DVD (in CD case) at a used book sale. I have the original Gliding set, so I thought I might like this, but I found it disappointing. First, it was all floorwork--I guess I might have guessed that because it's abs work, but since it uses the gliding discs, I was hoping it might be different. Second, it is only about 20 minutes long. Third, although there are three workouts, they are basically beginner, intermediate, and advanced, so if you are more one level, the other routines will be fairly useless to you. The beginner workout was about 6 minutes, the intermediate and advanced both about 7.5 minutes. The gliding discs were mostly used either with your feet sliding in and out or sometimes with your hands sliding in and out, such as for supermans. At times Mindy switched one disc from hands to between the feet or knees--this made the discs really feel like an afterthought to me, as they were not being used as designed.

In the end, I decided not to keep this DVD, as it mainly consisted of traditional crunches (and some back work) with the discs just sort of thrown in.

I like Mindy okay, although I find her to be a bit scripted. She does break down the moves well, however.
