Denise leads this 33 minute strength workout with 2 backgrounders in an open space. The workout contains a warm up, cool down & three routines that flow from one routine to the next. You will need dumbbells for this DVD. Some advanced modifications are provided. You will need dumbbells for this workout.

Three Point Circuit: This routine features an lower body, upper body and then a core exercise: squats, upper back fly, dumbell to knee pulldown, side lunge, knee pushups, side plank reach through, single leg deadlifts, overhead press with hip shifts, lying outer thigh work, tri pushups, plnak, and bicycle. Toning Combo Moves: exercises include: deadlift & row, dip & side raise, plie & bi curl, transverse lunge & chest scoop, curtsy & tri kickback, V rows, reverse crunche & lat pullover, situps, birddog with elbow to knee pull, and single leg plank. Kettlebell Inspired Strength Sets: exercises include squat & overhead swing through, pivot & diagonal press up, squat glute raise & pushout, windmill, overhead hold with a dip, side step & lat raise. reach down & overhead press, knee T stand with a side raise, sit up & leg raise, and roll back to V hold.

Done following Denises poundage this is an intermediate routine. The pace is quick so if you using multiple sets of dumbbells (Denise & crew use only one set of light weights) you may need to pause. No wasted time and a great variety of exercises make this a great time efficient workout. I received this dvd to review.
