This is a 30-minute workout with Ellen leading and Meg and Michelle accompanying her. Meg does the modifications. I can't tell you anything about the music - don't remember anything about it. They are in the set that has been used in all of her most recent series.

There are several combinations, all done standing, including:

> shoulder presses
> side stretches, twists and side abductions
> a flowing tree pose with shoulder raises. The added challenge to press down the raised foot behind the back of the leg felt awkward and hard to me and I followed the modifier.

Then, she goes into a lunge series which is mainly pulses with some reaches. Then she had you drop to the floor for planks. She completely lost me here. The lunge pulses hurt my knees and forget the planks. There were no modifications given for not going to the floor and with my arthritic hands, these are not moves I felt I could do. This whole section was just jarring and broke the flow of the workout.

After that you pick your weights back up, do a couple of moves, and then repeat on the other side. Without the lunge/plank section, it would be a really short workout. And, I'm not going to hurt my knees and hands for the flowing sections. Consequently, this is not a workout for me.

Instructor Comments:
She is as she always is, enthusiastic and encouraging.
