This is my favourite Cathe workout, and I have quite a few. Itís fast paced, interesting moves and really works up a sweat. For me its more of a cardio than a weights workout. Itís hard to get a really serious weights workout in a format like this. This isnít a criticism, as I treat it as a fun alternative to the gym that gives my muscles a bit of work and makes my heart pound. The moves are fun and donít do your head in as you learn them. Highly recommended.
