This a great quick cardio workout! There are 3 circuits, each consisting of three, 1 minute cardio exercises and a 1 minute rest. The circuits are repeated twice. The breakdown is:

Warm up

Right knee repeaters and a kick
Skaters
Left knee repeater and a kick
Rest

High knees and jump tuck
Plyo lunge and squat sequence
Alternating high knees and butt kicks
Rest

3 point mountain climbers
Jacks and kick
Burpees
Rest

Repeat

Cool down

The first circuit is fairly low impact, but the other two are high impact. There are modifiers in the background. The entire workout is about 27 minutes.
