This is the first time I've done an Exhale Core Fusion DVD, I really liked this workout. There are 5 10-minute workouts - upper body with light weights, thighs, glutes, abs, and stretch. I did all of them and the time went by really fast. I felt I got a good workout and my legs were actually shaking at the end even though it didn't feel like I was working that hard. Each workout ended with a quick stretch which I really liked too.
Instructor Comments: The voice over is kind of annoying. But other than that, there were good form pointers and modifications throughout each workout.
